Tecopa Bistro

I live in Las Vegas, and on my way back from Pahrump, I spotted the Tecopa road sign and decided to pay a visit. I stopped by the bistro restaurant and had the best hamburger I've ever tasted. Perez was the host, chef, and server, and he was fantastic. You genuinely won't find a burger like this anywhere else. He has a unique way of cooking it that gives the outside a perfect sear while keeping the inside wonderfully tender.

This is my second visit here, and the food was just as fantastic as the last time. What made it even more exciting was seeing Christ again—he truly is the best cook in the desert!

As other reviews mentioned, this restaurant is really a hidden gem in the desert.

They had me at bistro , had to give it a try for Sunday breakfast. If, like me, you 've never been to Tecopa before, it 's a different experience! Hard to explain, kind of like the Haight Ashbury in the 60 's, only in the desert. The gentleman explained to me, yes, they were open, they had breakfast burritos and pancakes. I actually enjoyed the burrito, it was more the ambiance, or lack thereof, being the reason I can 't recommend the bistro. It wasn 't so much the odd characters roaming around, but that it was hard to find a clean place to sit and eat. I 'm sure its fine for some, but wasn 't quite right for us.
