I’ve ordered from China star many of times along with my coworkers. Tonight I decided I wanted to order delivery at my house instead. I Called to order, got to the last part and the lady says I’m too far for delivery. I told her address to address was less than 12 minutes cause I checked before I ordered. She went back and forth with me for a couple minutes before hanging up in my face. I was just trying to confirm I had the right address and I also tried tell her that although my order was $14 I would give her a good tip to make it worth the drive (although if you ask me that’s not far at all Compared to other areas I’m sure they deliver to) Just 0/10 for customer service tonight. Very disappointed. We spend money with this restaurant so much so that she had my office address saved under my phone number. You would think they would care about a good customer. Not hang up in their face instead of a resolution. Bad taste in my mouth

Food used to be good and delivery was prompt and time estimates accurate. Last on line order was never made and had to cancel an hour and a half after placed. Tonight food took an hour and a half missing items and food was barely warm. When I called they made excuses about delivery distance which was within their delivery radius. Than said it was too far for driver and they didn't want to make the trip even though we gave a $9 tip plus delivery fee. My missing items and cold food were never addressed just the fact the driver didn't want to travel that far to us. Said they would credit us some kind of reimbursement but we'll see.

Literally everything we ordered was absolutely disgusting. Nothing tastes right
