Chimu’s Tacos - Pendleton

I ordered a chicken burrito and it was quite good. The hot parts were definitely hot, while the veggies were crispy and fresh. The tortilla was soft, but not overly soft. The red and green salsa were both tasty. The staff was friendly and the tables in the restaurant were beautiful to sit and eat at. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Great dining experience! The young lady who took our orders was incredibly sweet, I believe she is the owner's daughter. The portions are generous and the prices are very affordable.

We're from Southern California where we get darn good Mexican food. Was trying to keep my expectations reasonable when we tried this place but the minute we walked up to it I could smell it was authentic food. Had chorizo tacos that were the bomb!

This food truck is absolutely delicious! Don't be fooled by the idea of it being one of the few tables available. On a sunny day, this place is a gem in the city center of Pendleton. It is run by a charming bilingual father-daughter duo, which is always a plus. The quality and presentation of the food can only be compared to a brick and mortar restaurant in our hometown. I highly recommend stopping by! I had two Asada tacos and my brother had three, while my mother enjoyed the normal Asada tacos.
