Breakfast at a local legendary! rainbow cafe, pendleton's oldest, constantly open restaurant/bar in the same location! since 1883 strong! (139 years! small town feel with amazing eating!

This cafe is worth the visit. you will earn your money. that was my first time. had the fried chicken with potato wedge and chili. everything was delicious. it is in the city, but they will not regret it.

After a early morning disaster at another local establishment (See Rooster's CK review). We find the RC....First off..Shelly was awesome. She's been working 11 days straight, looked tuckered out, but her attitude and service was outstanding. Ordered b-fast. Large country fried steaks, light battered and seasoned....Delicious! **** Mary's were great. Great atmosphere! A must do.

Nice atmosphere, okay drinks, okay food. It?s open later than anything else downtown, so unless you want generic fast food out by the interstate, this is a good bet. Make sure the salt and pepper are handy.
