Hardee's - Norfolk

I was disappointed with the restaurant's refusal to refund a meal they prepared incorrectly. They only offered a refund for the burger, which is not how a manager should handle such situations.

The Hardee's location makes an effort and has good intentions, but it is in need of a thorough cleaning and a training program for its employees.

Alanis is doing an excellent job at the restaurant. She was one of the few employees working and handled both the front and the drive-thru with amazing efficiency. She definitely deserves a raise!

Either the drive thru or the inside is close and line stays

The chicken sandwich was under cooked, the fries and chicken tenders were over cooked…..when I asked for new fries they were happy to help and understood why I was asking but overall I will say I’m not coming
