Bass Street Chop House - Moline

We were seated at 6:30 and ended up leaving at 8:20 without ever receiving our food! The service was appalling. We were left without drinks (including water) for at least half an hour. Our waiter seemed to ignore us, likely because he forgot to place our food order. To make matters worse, the manager argued with us as we were leaving, insisting that it wasn't Applebee's fault. This was incredibly unprofessional and poorly handled. They lost out on a $400 bill, not to mention the bad reviews we've shared with our friends!
