Wendy's - Mobile

I just left this restaurant, and my order was incorrect. When I tried to call, the phone was off the hook, so they didn't answer. The manager was dismissive and didn’t address the issue with my order. I do not recommend eating here.

On September 30th, 2022, I had a wonderful experience at the drive-through. From the moment I interacted with the staff who prepared my food, everything was fantastic. The person at the window greeted me warmly, making my visit enjoyable from start to finish. My meal was perfectly prepared, and I could tell the team was working well together. I believe employees like these deserve recognition and rewards for their excellent service, especially in a fast-food environment. They truly made my experience memorable!

Hillcrest Road in Mobile, AL is fantastic! I highly recommend it, and the place is very clean. Thank you to the staff for everything they do!

I have a double house, cooked to perfection and the fries. omg hot and crispy. very nice staff

Several Wendy's locations we've visited have been awesome... but this is not one of them. We've attempted to eat here many times and only had enough time to deal with the 30 minute drive thru twice. Both times our order was wrong. I'm not sure if they're constantly short-staffed or if they need more training. Either way, it's bad.
