Sonic Drive-In - Mobile

Been here a few different times now, literally just wanting onion rings. Each time somehow they are always out. I find it odd that I?d have to call ahead to a fast food joint to see if they have an item on their menu. That was my only gripe, the staffseemed nice.

I waited forever for 2 milkshakes. They weren?t even mixed and mine didn?t even have Oreos in it. I can not get this to come through the straw at all it?s so thick. Huge waste of money. I should have went to chik fil a. Cheaper and actually drinkable.

2 stars only because the guy working was sweet. The management here is what must be poor. With 5 customers waited over 10 minutes for a burger, tots and corn dog. The tots and dog were burnt , sent them back , now going on 20 minutes for fast food. I have worked at this location many moons ago but the technology of cooking and the menu have not changed very much at all.There was no reason for it to take this long. The gentleman who brought me my food was Clint and whoever at Sonic reads these.I hope you give Clint a raise and get him a new manager because for the amount of business that was in the parking lot this wasobviously due to poor management.

Sometimes it only takes one time. This was my 1st and last time at this particular Sonic. We stopped here to get hot fudge sundaes ???? with extra peanuts. Once we got to the window the girl basically threw the sundaes at us and closed the window. Weasked about the peanuts and she said they didn't have any. She could have told us that b4 we paid. I didn't get what I paid for,my mom was really upset so I got upset. We just pulled off but I won't be back.

The lady asked me my order 3 times in a row and STILL got it wrong. I don?t understand what?s so hard about no ketchup or mayo? also my fries were cold and nasty? pulled around to get it remade and I still had to repeat myself 3 times once more and frieswere STILL nasty and cold. The only thing I ate was the burger and that was only because I was hungry after work. This locationused to be the best in Mobile and unfortunately, another one bites the dust. Nothing but kids playing around in the kitchenthrowing paper balls at each other running the restaurant ??????????? Never again, unless it?s for ice cream? (if they can getthat right).
