Taco Bell - Killingly

The service here is very inconsistent, and they close whenever they feel like it. I work late until midnight, and this location is advertised as open until 1:00 AM. In the past, they used to serve until that time, but now they often close before I arrive—last time I got there at 12:05 AM, and they were already closed. I once ordered through Uber and ended up waiting two hours, only to be told that my order was being prepared before it was ultimately canceled. They don’t answer their phone, and when Uber's customer service called, the phone just kept ringing. This was during regular hours, not late at night. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this place!

The food was amazing, however six minutes later I almost didn't make it to the toilet in time because it was a 30 minute drive home.

I ordered the Nacho Fries Box for $5.49, but when I got to the window, the attendant told me my total was $8.79. I explained that I had ordered the regular box for $5.49, but she said she entered it incorrectly as the Nacho Fries Deluxe Box, which I didn't want. I attempted to call the restaurant to let them know they should ensure they take orders correctly, but no one answered.

I used the drive-thru, and the staff member who took my order was really friendly. My order was prepared quickly and was accurate, and everything tasted delicious!

The town I live in does not have taco Bells that serve breakfast, whenever I come out here I get excited to go here for breakfast because there are the only ones that do. But every single time I come here they either tell me that they are out ofbreakfast items, or they aren't even open when they're supposed to be open at 7 o'clock for breakfast. No one answers the Micand the doors are locked. It's really annoying . If they are not going to serve breakfast they need to update that on theirwebsite and on their store advertisements
