Domino's Pizza - Killingly

First and foremost, this specific location is highly unprofessional and very unpleasant to interact with. I placed my food order at 10:00pm, even though the store doesn't close until 12 am. When I called at 11:30, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I waited an hour and a half for her to inform me over the phone that they were short-staffed and closing early, after already accepting my order.

The experience was satisfactory. Despite expecting subpar food and service based on reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was good, and the food was enjoyable. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. I used to be a frequent customer, but after being mocked at the counter, I will not be returning. I was also disappointed to receive undercooked pizza when I got home. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.

Dayville dominos is rude waited almost 2 hrs for pizza and when we called the manager there told us off was rude and told my mother to go f# herself then decided at 830 to cancel my order keep in mind I ordered at 630ish!! Then I go down ask about mymoney and am told to leave or he was calling 911 Don't eat here they are mean and don't deserve service!!!!corporate is beingcontacted

What Dominos offers that other local pizza places don't is consistency. May not be the *Best* but it is ALWAYS the same. You know what you're getting.
