Brogan's - Ennis

First, if you are not white don’t come here. Our waiter took our order and others who came after were served before us. They came and left. Our food was late and dry. The ribs did not fall off the bone. We never saw our waiter again. They even asked us to pay at the bar when we were ready. While everyone else was asked if they wanted dessert, another drink, and were taken their bills and payments to their table. Not only would I never come back here. But writing this review so others know what to expect. It’s unfortunate because it was highly recommended.

We stumbled upon Grogan's as an escape from a rain shower and ended up staying for dinner. The menu had a super range and everything was gorgeous. I was definitely jealous of my friend's roast dinner... looked divine. Although to be fair, my mussels were gorgeous. The server was really polite and given that she wasn't expecting our table of 8 (which later grew to 12) on a busy afternoon... she was super friendly and efficient.

Everything was just what we had hoped for authentic local food, friendly service (also a local), great atmosphere and value for the money! The food portions were huge! And the food was great!

Went for dinner there not so long ago, was a very nice pub with a good atmosphere and the food was gorgeous. One thing I will say is I felt very rushed by the staff and the staff also seemed to be annoyed for not finishing our food quick enough. As someone who also has worked in hospitality for years I was not impressed by this. Other than that lovely evening, great food, and the management team was amazing.

Lovely traditional pub with very good service and a wonderful Sunday Lunch. I had Turkey ham and my husband had the lamb, both were excellent. With a pint of the black stuff too, the perfect lunch.
