The absolute best place to eat in Ennis. Food is 7 star

We made a reservation in advance and requested vegan options. They provided a variety of choices for each course: salad or tomato soup for starters; tomato risotto or curry for mains; and chocolate peach ganache, assorted sorbets, or fruit salad for dessert. I opted for the salad, tomato risotto, and ganache, which were all delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Town Hall Bistro in Ennis to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the experience was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Rafa, Paulina, and Kathlyn for making our evening so memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our celebration was perfect, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Town Hall Bistro for any special occasion or just a fantastic meal out. We’ll definitely be back!

Without a doubt, this was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in Ireland, and I can't wait to return!
