Wendy's - Denver

Cold day, so I have myself for a chili and a double stack with all the dishes but pickles. they gave me a total of $12.28 I questioned the sum in the drive-up window and said that this was not right for a big chili and a double stack the child said yes so that they tell me that they are 6 mice that cannot be right. I paid in unbelief and asked if it was done with everything, but pickles. the young said, I don't know that I didn't manage to question the bag and ask for my reception, because it was convenient not in the bag. I was charged for a big chili and a double cheeseburger, not a double stack. I went in they gave me $5 back and gave me a double stack that was cold, crushed, and had only ketchup when I asked about everything, ketchup, senf, mayo, wobble, salat, tomato and no pickles. the service at most fast food sites is terrible nowadays. they are not proud of their jobs, complain that they don't earn enough money, but they can't make their food right, don't care, and act like it's the customer's problem. they chose their job not I, they agreed to do the job for the offered payment. what makes these people believe that they are worth more if they cannot do the job to start with!

The northern colorado wendy’s are all excellent. they have been customer for years and all are well oiled machines.

I know they're short-time servants, but this situation is a hit or miss for 6:30 a.m. let's be honest, they should just stay at lunch and dinner if they can't be opened at 6:30 a.m. daily. it is very disappointing people can not work, or they can not hire people who work but do not show up.

Decent about all, but makes too many mistakes as not getting the right burger when ordered, or forget to eat more. food: 2/5

I love Wendy's and they've cleaned up the place nice. I just don't like the neighborhood it's in.Food: 5/5
