Jimmy John's - Columbia

I am only posting this to warn others: The negative reviews about the customer service are true. It was our first time visiting and I will not be returning. Another warning: Avoid the fountain drinks. My children and I tried some water and it tasted like mold, very strong mold. I have already filed a complaint with the company.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are quite good, but I found it difficult to order online. In the past, there were instances where my order was ready for pickup in a designated area, but there were also times when my order was incomplete or not properly packaged while in-store customers were served right away. It is probably easier to just go to the counter and order in person, then pack your meal yourself.

I would appreciate it if the restaurant doesn't hold my order for pick-up unless they bring it out to my car. This makes me feel like they are busy, but when I go inside, it turns out they are not. This has been a waste of my time. If the management addresses this issue and offers a solution, I would be willing to update my review.

The man alone was very rude and dismaying. I command this place once a week and after today I will never eat of another jimmy john. I put my order at 12:45 o'clock and from 2.06 o'clock I still have no food. I'll call my order, and I'll say I'll get my lunch when I get it. but I was charged for food I had never received. sam has to train on professionalism. because every dog has day.

I said no tomatoes, no cucumbers, add mustard, oregano, and hot peppers on the #3 I ordered and scheduled to be delivered at 3pm. Delivery guy game at 2:30 I had everything I didn’t want and none of what I wanted. Then had the nerve to provide the detailed receipt showing what I ordered. Maybe they can’t read ??‍
