High Rail - Chattanooga

Mason made our entire experience AMAZING. From his menu knowledge to his attentiveness, he made sure we were taken care of. Even making a drink for me himself to be sure it came in a timely manner (as i asked). The food was yummy too. We will definitely be back!!

We made reservation for our out of town visitors. We were excited to be able to find a place that accommodated our party of 6. When we arrived for our 7:30 reservation we were told they were out of burgers and that tang food would be an hour wait and at least 30 mins of a wait for a drink. The host asked if we wanted to sit outside or in, when we said we would like to sit outside we were told it would be an hour wait for us to be seated outside. So we said inside would be fine, he then walked us to a 4 person table and told us he would bring us another chair. He never returned. After waiting about 5 mins just standing in the middle of the “restaurant” we decided to find another place. Terrible experience and just really embarrassing to experience with out of town guests.

Terrible cocktails- watered down and just tasted bad. Server was very nice but stretched thin apparently due to a 15 top.

Restaurant is located inside the Hilton which I didn't realize they don't validate parking. It was about 27 degrees outside the day we visited and we froze because they have to keep the main door (to the outside) open at all times. The pizza was the highlight but overall not a great experience.

Really great burgers and oven-fired pizzas! Cocktail drinks are also unique and delicious.
