Ruth's Chris Steak House - Chattanooga

I’m a regular customer of Ruth’s Chris in Chattanooga. Everything we ordered was prepared exactly how we ordered it. I’m never disappointed in my steaks and sides there. Always exceptional! I’m a firm believer in that you can have the best steak around, but if you don’t have good service, it can ruin a meal. That is why I continue to return to this Ruth’s Chris, and specifically request Chris Pesterfield as my server. His professionalism and attention to detail turns a dinner into a dining experience. He could order for me without me saying a word. He remembers what kind of steak I like, and how I like it prepared. He never lets me run out of drink. He always makes his customers feel important. From the hostesses out front, to all the servers and staff, manager Jeff Underwood and his crew do a 5 Star job!

The best meal we ever ate!! Chris was our waiter and was excellent! I highly recommend him and this fabulous restaurant . They made our anniversary so special.

Just celebrated our 56th anniversary at Ruth's Chris in Chattanooga. It was the best steak either one of us has ever had. (8 oz. fillet) Our waiter Chris, was fantastic with service and knowledgeable about the origin of Ruth's steak houses. 5/5 stars

The service was great, the food was even better. It was our first time there, I made reservations ahead of time for my wife and I. I have never been to a restaurant that made me feel like we were welcome. The waitress Sarah at the Chattanooga location told me that it should be the best steak I have ever ate, I was a little concerned with the prices until I took a bite. She was right! Thanks Ruth’s Chris Chattanooga for a very pleasurable dining experience. You should really give our appreciation to the waitress as well as yours.

I had an amazing experience here at Ruth’s. My steak with delicious and my cheese cake was to die for. Also I could not forget my wonderful waiter Cody. Can’t wait to come back!!!
