The Bar de Chato, attended by himself, is a place to visit in Cafayate. It offers a tasting of local wines of different wineries and a blend of its own. The bite available is not very abundant, it is better to go in the afternoon, pre-dinner. When Chato incorporates a couple more options to eat (I wish to empanadas) it will be impossible.
