Kfc - Aurora

Went to get some KFC for lunch. They were fast courteous despite the pick up orders that they had. Chris provided us with our meal today. Thank you, Chris!

They got literally everything on the order wrong. I ordered a 12 pc tender meal with fries and mac and cheese, yet somehow managed to get 12 pc chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. How the **** can you get that confused. And sure, it could've been someone else's order, but they had me park in front of the building, come ask me what my order was 3 times and even took my receipt inside with them. I just don't get it.

If I could give negative stars I would. Rudest kfc ever. I used to work at one so I know how customers can be. Cursed at me and didn't even take my order left me sitting at the window for 5 minutes with no attention. Had me waste my long awaited lunch. Could curse and everything over the speaker but no testicles to say anything to my face. Thank you for empty stomach heavy set brotha. He knows who he is and who I am. I was at work since 8 with no food. I ordered the big meal for 1. Tried to get 20$with if good for myself. Couldn't get anything so back to work on empty stomach. Thank you kfc for nothing but wasted time

This is out of control this is the 40 dollars worth of food. The so called night manager is rude which I know she isn't the manager but hey I guess we all can play a roll that's not ours ? I think talking to the owner of the building just isn't cutting it with this terrible Customer Service. The food was cold I called about it to get a what's up when I called to inform them they didn't put food in the bowls I ordered with a what you mean they don't have food with her then hanging up on me. I think I need to contact someone to get this under control

Bad customer service ever. had a really bad experience for the first time, but decided to give them a second chance anyway. apparently they have a habit to make people in the car-dru park in the front and forget them. had to enter after my order and found people who were standing around when no one was in the car or in the load. Anyway, it would not recommend a few minutes more and go to the church past peoria.
