I cannot stand a business that is rigid but expects flexibility from it's customers. I am not good with any place that doesn't allow you to be a little late. I understand that can sound a little entitled, however, as a mom with a toddler sometimes life can happen. A sufficient grace period is appreciated (nothing too crazy. If that were the only reason however, I would be ok but I've been to frenchies b4.I had a service done by a nice nail tech. It was the healthy extensions.They lasted me maybe 2 days. I then had to come and get the remaining nails removed when I really didn't have the time to do so. (The nail tech admitted she made a mistake. They did not refund me but they didn't charge me for the removal. An inconvenience that I did not make a big deal over.If you want an example of a business that I think gets customer service VERY right here in Athens. At least at the time of this review; Check out Urban Sanctuary Spa. I think they have some nail services as well.

Frenchies is the only place I will go to get my nails done! They have a surgical sterilizer and keep everything so clean. I have a difficult work schedule, and never know when I am going to be off work; the folks at Frenchies always work with me, if they can, so that I am able to keep my appointments if I am not able to get there right on time. I cannot tell you how many times I have called on the day of my appointment and they have worked with me. They do a great job and they have definitely got a loyal customer, in me. Jada is a queen. She absolutely rocked my nail design. I wanted something not super complicated but very time consuming. Even though she had an appointment after me she took her time and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. She is a 10/10 nail artist and I have already booked my next two appointments with her.

My husband wanted me to have the deluxe mani as a Christmas gift. The service was supposed to last 50 minutes, it lasted 35. (No polish). I definitely did not receive an extended massage , the main reason for choosing the service!Services: Manicure
