Milestones Grill Vaughan - Woodbridge

I am usually a big fan of Milestone's restaurants, but this experience fell short for me. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and chose Milestones over The Keg and other nearby restaurants. We even drove up to 45 minutes to the next location, only to be very disappointed. Firstly, the floors of the restaurant were dirty, to the point where my feet were sticking to the floor at times. Our glasses were dirty as well, with a wine glass that was wet with water and a water glass that had food particles stuck to the inside. Additionally, our food took forever to arrive, with our appetizer coming out with our main course, which we obviously did not eat. We specifically chose to sit in the bar dining area to watch a certain football match on TV, but the manager told us they could show it and then we found out that the remote wasn't working and we couldn't watch the game. On top of that, the waitress was rude and uninterested. When we asked her to change the channel, she replied, "I'll do it if I get a chance." When we brought our concerns to the manager, his apology was that they had been underoccupied for most of the day, which we found ridiculous. However, I must say that the food was fantastic. Kudos to the kitchen staff for staying consistent! Despite this, we will not be returning to this location.

We were surprised to find out that this restaurant was closing at the end of business on Sunday, September 2nd, 2018. It was a business decision. Nonetheless, my mother, wife, and I were still able to commemorate the passing of my father 25 years ago today.

I had a birthday dinner with some close friends at this restaurant. It was not crowded, which allowed us to be a bit louder without disturbing others. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We went there for Mother’s Day breakfast, to other tables came in after us and were served immediately. We sat for over 7 minutes until I had to ask a host if I can speak to a manager. I explained we were not happy as others had food and drinks that came after us and we are still waiting to be served! On top of the extremely poor service they got my wife’s order wrong and now she is waiting and additional 5-6 minutes for her breakfast! Very poor service!

Very bad experience. I went to have dinner with my guests. We got there at 10:30 pm and ordered appetizers. By the time we were done it was around 12 and we weren’t aware of the fact the the kitchen closes at 12. The server didn’t even come to inform us or take our order for the main course. When we asked to order at 12:05, that’s when she told us that the kitchen closed already. When we complained to her while paying the bill, instead of apologizing she threw the card on the table, kissed her teeth and walked away to bring the manager.
