Burger King - Woodbridge

Waited while staff talked for about 10 minutes while my food sat on the warmers waiting to be bagged. 5 people in the front and only one person actually working. The restaurant was empty and the supervisor in charge was part of the socializing. Customer service is dead.

Your receipt printer is busted and your paper straws for milkshakes suck. Jalapeño burger was good tho.

All I can say, I haven’t had my whopper taste this good, in a long time. I usually go to the Lawrence Ave West and Dufferin St location. And their burgers ? have been off for a while, including their service. But this location, is amazing!

Bought 2 big king burgers. They were served cold. On the other hand, the restaurant is very cold. Colder than it should be. It's like they set it that way to keep you from sitting there.Edit: they provided customer service and refund. Thanks!

I ordered a hamburger, but they did not have it available. Instead of informing me, they gave me a cheeseburger.
