Whistle Stop - Wolverine

Homemade bread for every sandwich and the best cinnamon rolls! This is no longer the Whistle Stop, and is now the Hitching Post. The new couple who owns and operates it (he cooks, she serves) are amazing. The food is wonderful. Each pot of coffee is freshly ground. Must try!

I had the Club sandwich. Big portions. As I could barely fit my mouth around it. Home made cinnamon rolls, again BIG and awesome! Very friendly owners and staff. I would definitely stop here again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This place has amazing biscuits and gravy!!! Great burgers!! There is new owners,Pat and Rachel Hill,now call the hitching post....very friendly staff,food cooked to order ,not sitting around under a heat lamp,and so easy to get to,literally right next to expressway ramp

We've stopped in their before but this time took forever to get served even a cup of coffee. There's only 1 person doing everything. So people need to realize this and give every restaurant the time and respect because they are all low on help and doing the best they can to provide a service to their customers.
