Pho Van - Windsor

I started my new job in Windsor last year, and I'm pretty often here. It's a little mom and pop shop, and the owners are really nice. I always have the rice dish with grilled pork, carved pork, fried egg, Vietnamese egg cake or whatever it is called. You should try this place.

It was my first time here. Delicious taste in broth. Spring rolls were amazing. Large small place for lunch during working hours:

We went to many a Pho restaurant and had good experiences, but this place was so much better than any of them, the view was great, the staff cooked in view of most tables, the mixed bubble tea was fresh tasting and the Pho was better than any other place we were. The staff was so friendly and attentive that our experience was even better. We will definitely be from here regularly! Also super clean place!

Original Pho from Vietnamese family. Only the correct amount of meat and noodles for the deep broth. Gia gio was good too. The owner pair was very friendly and the Pho was perfect on a rainy day.

Honestly, I have yet to find a better spot than this. The broth is sweet and clear and the owners/chef’s are a class act! the quality and portion size is perfect every time! and don’t get me started on their chili oil If you’re in CT and want a great Pho spot this is easily a must try!
