This place is never going to open again. The pizza was very good. The owner is not trying hard enough to get workers back to open up. I’m missing Golden Irene’s amazing food but thinking this “temporary closure” is going to be permanent despite what the owner keeps saying. They’ve been shut for nearly six months now.

Business appeared closed down! I drove an hour or so off my planned route because I had eaten there a number of years back and the food was great and that is why I was returning. There should be something on their website to say that they are closed, etc. Golden Irene's I did not see that you were temporarily closed, if I had I certainly wouldn't have driven that far out of my way! I changed my review to 5 stars relating back to visit a number of years ago because when I was there the food and service were outstanding and I was expressed enough to return last week in my travels from Virginia to Maine! I can assure you when I travel here again I most certainly will stop in again!

Golden Irene has been closed for quite some time. George wrote that he can't find staff to reopen. I feel that it never will. George is busy with his new place in East Longmeadow. Red Stone Pizza. Many customers miss Golden Irene

Don't waste your money and time I wonder why this place is still open???????????????????
