Manny's Place - Willowick

The crabs were spoiled, the shells were spoiled. The cook came to the table and cried to me that he was the cook and knew what was good and what was bad. I'd never go back, even if you'd pay me.

I wanted a lobster roll and was pleasantly surprised that there's a place not to far away from me. The customer service is beyond lacking. I called several times and was hung up on and called back and was told to call back in 20 minutes. Once I finally was able to order it took about 20 minutes to receive my food. I picked my food up in store. There is no greeting you when you arrive and it's not a pleasant vibe in the restaurant. I will say the food was good and I would order again so we'll see how my next experience will be.

That was a delivery order. I had ordered a pound of crab bone, actually Dungeness and NOT snow crab, and it was said that I would get two clusters of Dungeness/Schnee. I paid two clusters of Dungenes' crab legs. When the food arrived, I only saw a bunch and a claw. I will never order from this place again, because my question is if this is a pound crab, described as two clusters, what would be half a pound crab equal? Just a claw? The crab bisque was very lumpy, but had some taste. There were also five small pieces of lump collar. The linguins with mussel sauce, which was added to the crabbon order, was a decent size. The filled flounder with spinach was also a disappointment. The piece Flounder was the size of a fourfold folded dollar bill. The lemon that came with the flounder was almost larger than the piece of flounder. I understand that we are in a period of inflation, but for the prices that I had ordered for the dishes, especially the crab legs, only get a crab cluster and a claw when I paid for two clusters, I find that the descriptions and what I paid is extremely deceptive, deceitful, and I feel totally deceived. If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Never again. Buyer Careful.

Excellent food! We ordered take out. The workers owner were so nice. Food was fantastic!! We ordered fries, cesar salad, clams casino, bang bang shrimp, hush puppies, mini crab cakes, shrimp scallop curry dish (EXCELLENT dish!! and crab bisque. Just as good quality to Mikes Seafood at the shore, if not better!! Highly recommend!

Two months ago I ordered 60.00 plus for food. Unfortunately, it wasn't checked and when I got home my order was incorrect and 1/2 was at the store. Contacted the store, had my daughter go back to get it. After that visit I vowed not to ho back, until them my family was going every Friday. The owner is older however the worst part he is old with a nasty attitude. My model has been in life not to pay you and kiss your tail too, Unfortunately I didn't follow my mind.
