Premo's Bakery - Wilkes-Barre

If you are a fan of pierogies, you will absolutely adore the ones from Premo's. They are top-notch and my family has been enjoying them for every special occasion (and even on regular days) for years. I refuse to purchase those from supermarkets because they taste artificial, and pierogies from other places just cannot compare to the incredible flavor of these ones. I highly recommend sampling all of the different flavors. You will not regret it!

I recently visited this restaurant to try their nutroll and poppyseed rolls, but ended up buying a variety of other baked goods including bread, cookies, and buns. I was extremely impressed with everything I tried. The nutroll reminded me of my grandmothers' recipe - sweet, flavorful, and made with finely ground nuts. The poppyseed roll had a delicious flavor with hints of coconut. I am hoping to purchase more of these treats before Christmas, which is only a week away. Normally, our friends get us similar rolls from a church, but they are delivered at the beginning of December, forcing us to either freeze them or eat them early. Thank you, Mr. or Mrs. Premo, for the amazing baked goods!

This small bakery is fantastic. I really enjoy coming here. The cookies and pies are delicious, and the cooked food is amazing.

The pasties are incredible. Seriously, so good. And the cake we got was really good too. I will definitely be back.

I picked up all the holiday treats and more from this bakery - nut and poppy seed rolls, pepper cookies, pastries, and pierogies. What more could you want? I'm grateful that this gem of a bakery is still around.
