Buffalo Wild Wings - Wilkes-Barre

That was amazing, the staff was great and friendly, the wait was not long and there were six of us walking. The food was good and fresh. The bathroom, where clean. Our waiter was great and had a lot of patience with us, considering that it ordered many people.

#1 Reason for the 5 star rating is our server. I wish I would get her name, but we were the two people in the corner stand from just 3 to shortly after 4 a.m. to 3/26/2022, and she has long blonde hair when that helps to identify her. And today she should definitely put her to the point. She knew her menu, knew the ingredients and preparation information and quickly found out everything else she didn't know right away. She didn't interrupt our meal at all, but she must have made it aware because she seemed like magic when we needed the smallest thing. She was so good or better than servers we had at many fancier sites. Our food was good to fantastic sauces, at least the three we tried, and portions were perfect. The kitchen was flexible, the prices were reasonable, and this was a fantastic fast, casual meal on a busy day.

Our server Marissa was the best ever. Super friendly and as sweet as possible. The food was great. I ordered the spicy garlic wings and unfortunately did not know how HOT HOT HOT they were. Tummy doesn't like hot hot hot. Marissa immediately and with a smile solved my problem for me even tho it was my fault. Thanks Marissa!

For the first time at BWW. Had the All American Burgers, Pommes and Mango habanero wings. The children had chicken and pommes. Everything was great. My burger was particularly good. Loved the bungalow and the thickly cut bacon. Thank you. We'll be back.
