Every single time I visit this location I leave with items missing from my order, no straws, no utensils, and a horrible customer service experience. Today they forgot 1 of the drinks in my order, stared at us like we had 3 heads when we asked for the missing drink, butter for the biscuits, and utensils to eat our food with. 3 things we shouldn’t have to ask for or receive attitude for asking for them. I ordered a 1 piece chicken breast meal with two sides and a biscuit. The biscuit was very good along with my Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. My chicken was also very good. The store was very clean and the dining area was also very clean. Absolutely disgusting place. Found two hairs in my food. Horrible customer service. Didn?t pack what I ordered. Accused me of getting my the Mac and cheese when I didn?t. Showed them my bag right away before going anywhere and still had an attitude withgiving me what I already payed for. Food was COLD. Everyone looks like it was their first day working there. Never wrote a badreview before. But this is worth taking the time out of my day. Go somewhere else.
