Palate - West Columbia

Had heard great things. Made plans to try. Much to our disappointment, they were closed. No sign in the door, and no information on the website to notify people. Someone walking by let us know they were closed for business. Would have been nice to let people know!

One of the best wholesome places to get street eats. The staff are always loving, hardworking, and at their A-Game all the time. Aboustely love the establishment and grateful to be a customer. Whatever they do it's out of love. Support these kind folks. ?

Another great dinner last night with my co worker when we got off work. Love the food!! The pickle aioli rules!! Had the mash potatoes with gravy with my chicken nuggets and it was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Decided to visit Palate because of the high reviews. The staff were friendly and service was great...the food, however, was lackluster. The menu consists of mostly deep fried appetizers. Chicken nuggets (with sauces on the side) are the main attraction. The chicken nuggets, creamy Mac Cheese, and Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls were average at best. Overrated bar fare in my opinion. If you are a foodie, Palate will not meet your expectations.

Cute little restaurant! Staff was very nice over the phone and during checkout. I ordered the Pork Belly Buns (8/10) Philly Cheesesteaks Egg-rolls (8/10) strawberry cheese cake biscuit (9/10) Overall it was a great experience!
