Café Museum - Weingarten

A very cozy place to stay and for special occasions. The service sometimes can be slow due to the lack of waiters but they are very kind and nice.

Tasty goulash was the daily special. It was really good. Succulent chunks of beef with excellent salads. A surprisingly good lunch stop well patronised by locals.

Ate here the first and last nights of our stay in the Weingarten/Ravensburg area. A varied menu, good service and the best food we had during our four day visit.

The Cafe Museum is what I would call a quaint restaurant. It is located near the Basilica in Weingarten. My wife and I had dinner there and the first impression is that it is quite an interesting eatery. The menu is not very big but...it has most things you need for a good dinner. The vegetarian offerings are slim. It has a nice atmosphere with the regular in Germany wooden tables. It is a place to relax after a full day of walking around. The service was a bit slow but still agreeable.
