Kfc - Wayne

We placed an order for a Christmas eve get together for the family. The food was ready to be picked up on time. Food was extremely hot and fresh. They took the extra effort to package it very professionally. We would like to personally thank all the employees for making our get together very special with grat food!!!

The chicken sandwich is excellent, but I 'm not quite sure if they were made to order as advertised.

I ordered online for convenience, expecting my meal to be ready in about 30 minutes. However, it ended up taking almost an hour. The service was very disappointing. This KFC used to be great, but it seems that the current management does not know how to run the restaurant effectively. I won’t be ordering from there again until there’s a change in management.

I would happily drive 45 miles, passing several other KFC locations, just to dine at this one. If you’re in the area and haven’t tried this place, it’s definitely worth the trip. They offer an all-you-can-eat buffet with delicious food, including chicken and dumplings, baked beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, pinto beans, green beans, mac and cheese, biscuits, a salad bar, fantastic apple cobbler, and much more. I have never had a bad experience here. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—just genuinely good people.

I often have issues with my orders at this restaurant. Whenever I get home and sit down to eat, something is always missing. The managers are very nice, but the rest of the staff... not so much. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this place.
