Good location, anchient traditional environment. Just dishes a little bit far away from traditional lithuanian food...

We were not expecting much from a restaurant that looks like its part of a hotel. We still do not know if the restaurant is with the hotel, but we were surprised. First the decoration is spot-on. Looks and feels like you are in an ancient dining room, and not in an air conditioned brand new building. They have an English/Russian menu but also some good suggestion. We opted for grilled beef tongue and an entrecote. Both were grilled to perfection. The side salad was like no other salad we ever tried; tingly on the tongue and tasty. After dinner we decided to share a desert: the crepes, more like pancakes on steroids, extremely thick, small and with a side of crème fraiche were a giant surprise. Very tasty! 3 tea and a cola were added to the bill and we spent €39 for good food, nice staff and fun ambiance. Oh, and do ! visit the bathrooms...

Live music, fresh and tasty food. Friendly service and a very smart owner. I am visiting this restaurant every time when in Vilnius.
