Wingstop - Victoria

Excellent food! I visited on the night of a World Series game, and despite the crowd, they managed to serve everything in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

We have ordered appetizers from this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been positive. I recommend placing your order directly with the restaurant if you're looking for something special. They are very helpful in making changes to your online order if they're out of a particular item, and they will refund your money upon request if needed.

I typically enjoy going to this restaurant for takeout and appreciate their great service. However, during my last visit, I ordered through DoorDash, and I found out they were closed by around 8 PM. Now, I'm stuck waiting for a refund because DoorDash doesn't process immediate refunds. It would have been helpful if their Google listing or website had indicated that they were closing early.

If the phone isn't always busy, they just don't answer the phone. I want to call my order before I go all the way over there because I live in the district, but now I have to wait over there and wait until my order is made? It's not just today, either it's every time I command Wingstop.

Update: I had to call them back after they disconnected the phone, but the manager offered to remake my order and had it ready for me in 10minutes. It was much better the 2nd time around, it just sucks I had to complain for them to get it right. I’m not a big complainer.Normally wing stop is a go-to place for my husband and I. After today’s experience it definitely won’t be anymore. We ordered ahead, the food was ready when I got there which was great. The fries were soggy and cold. No seasoning, the chicken was cold and dry, and worst of all, I’m 100% sure the ranch was sour. It was chunky and had a terrible smell to it. I called in to place a complaint, they had me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me.
