Dunkin' - Tequesta

Great and friendly. Lived, but never seems a long car line..

Before the time ordered online, hardly a oat milk in coffees and very light sugar/syrup. The sandwiches we ordered should be roasted, but they were not. When we arrived, there was a car in the drive thru so I know it was not due to volume or busy only pure laziness or lack of care. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

A nice dunkin? Donuts and seems relatively clean, but the service is lousy. I went to this place on a Sunday afternoon and was literally the only customer. I was in the register for about four minutes and watched about five people. Finally I spoke and asked if they did not take orders from within. They looked at me like I was from another planet. Finally, the manager came and took my order without apology, no personality and no kindness. I felt a lot like I disturbed her.

Honestly I really do like this Dunkin?, however today when I went to pick up my coffee, I noticed the manager of the store with no face covering talking to a customer about how she wears the mask without having it cover her nose (defeating the whole purpose of wearing a mask). This interaction occurred at the register near where the baked goods were openly displayed. Other employees were also observed with their face coverings pulled down around their chins while preparing customer drinks and food items. This is how things can easily spread. There were a few employees present who were diligently wearing their masks, however it is the managers duty to lead by example.

This used to be the best Dunkin in the Jupiter/ Gardens area. Very disappointed lately with my order. The last three times I've gone my coffee order is never right and as someone who used to be a daily customer I know what my order should look and taste like. Today I was told by a very rude employee that it was dark because it's dark roast coffee when I asked for 8 cream in my large (she also didn't put in more even though I requested her to do so). I asked for the standard amount of cream in my other large energy brew (which is also dark) and that coffee was lighter. Will be going to a different Dunkin from now on.
