Bojangles - Temple

When I arrived at this place, it wasn't busy. The chicken I received had clearly been sitting for a while. I got an 8-piece box and was highly disappointed. I really wish Temple had more restaurant options to choose from. The biscuits were fresh, but the chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a while. If I ever come back here, I would advise others to carefully check their food before leaving.

We decided to give this restaurant a try after noticing it multiple times while traveling. The food was average, and the fries were not fresh and were a bit hard. I ordered my chicken spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. It's possible that this was just a one-time issue at this location.

The restaurant has just had its grand re-opening under new management and there have been noticeable changes. The service was excellent, the food came out quickly and was delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting the new owners who were very friendly and enthusiastic about the potential of their restaurant in Temple, GA. Give this place another try and see the difference in their food quality, speed of service, and staff.

Slow service 13 min for a Cajun biscuit. Also very unprofessional and violating health code wit no hair nets or hats in kitchen. Hair so tasty. It has been 5 days since I went to Bojangles and left this review I also emailed customer support and called thestore trying to reach the General or area managers. I still haven't heard from anyone. So it's not just this store but alsoupper management. With so many restaurants going out of business with service like this it's amazing Bojangles isn't one ofthem. I have a feeling it's coming.

Food tastes good. The only problem was everything I tried to order they were out of,the kids running the place didn't have a clue. My order was totally screwed up. Food missing from my drive thru order. Even had the wrong drink. And worst, they lookedlost trying to figure out what to do about it. I don't recommend this place at all. If you do go here, check your order.
