Le Bistrot des Bouchons - Talence

We have been talençais for 2 years, the corkscrew bistro is our favorite restaurant on noon in the week. the value for money is excellent 14 euros entry - dish - dessert), the place is warm, the service is efficient, discreet and benevolent. It's become our address as well to eat as to drink a drink. Even our 3-year-old daughter is welcome (it's rare for a restaurant - bar - concert), I dare believe that she will still go without us in a little fifteen years -); thank the two leaders of the place, complementary and solidarity.

I called to book a table and when I arrived, what is my surprise when I see they're only serving tapas in the evening. short, disappointment passes very quickly because the welcome is warm and the wine is good. We took wines in the glass to discover many wines that we accompanied many tapas. They were not all on the menu of the day but they were replaced by others. very good service, listening, patient and good advice. a good moment in simplicity!

Despite the late hour, the welcome was friendly and we were able to choose our table. The service was quick and the staff, a little beginning that day, attentive to not make us wait. the menu of the day is quite original and of an excellent quality ratio price. the wine map allows to ensure with locals or to test foreign wines. tapas are of unparalleled quality but cooked dishes very tasteful. the original frame and the map offer a nice little change.

We were looking for a small restaurant without pretention. After a quick tripadvisor tour, we fall on this tapas specialty restaurant. we are currently ordering the beef coast in promo (45€ for 2 instead of 50€) and there big surprise: a tasteful and tender meat. After a return to the kitchen because the meat was blue but asked to be bleeding, I ask how long the meat was maturation. 6 months according to the boss who obviously doesn't know too much! I lean for a mature meat 20 or 30 days because very good taste and in addition it is charolaise. Anyway, we've had a lot of fun.
