O p'tit bahut - Bordeaux

TripAdvisor has been bating a solid .500 in France. Some of the trip advisor recommended restaurants were decent and others were not. We saw this wine bar because it was close to our hotel. Holy criminy was it good. Matt and his wife were extremely friendly and provided us with a mixed truffle charcuterie board, a bottle of one, and great dessert with a red and white wine pairing. Very good wine, board, and dessert. Definitely earns its 5 stars. Service 5

Wonderful find highly recommended ! Lovely atmosphere and the owner was a great host. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about his fantastic menu and helped us chose which wine to pair with our food, we had a selection of meats and cheeses which were great quality and presented very well. I’m gluten free and the owner was more than happy for me to consume my own bread, and was knowledgeable about my diet. If we stayed longer in Bordeaux we would definitely have visited again, and will be sure to if we return.

Great find, reserved a table, which I would recommend. Small restaurant with excellent personal service. Knowledgable and helped us decide what to order. Great wine , again took the recommendation of the owner. Lovely food would recommend.

Loved this place! Helpful, knowledgeable owner and simply great food and wine. My favorite memory of Bordeaux.

Audrey who served us was extremely friendly and welcoming even though we arrived almost 15 minutes late. She took time welcoming us and explaining the menu and advising us on wines. She was super chatty and helpful as was her husband later when he cleared our table. The food was fantastic and fresh and great quality and good value for money and we would definitely recommend this tapas bar for a group or a couple. Will be back
