Spice Temple - Sydney

We were really disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and the staff pleasant but the food was incredibly disappointing. The flavours weren't very good and we had to fish around for meat within piles of filler (eg onion/chilli/szechaun). Sydney has fantastic Asian food and this doesn't even remotely compete. It is incredibly overpriced you can get far better Asian (for significantly less) in China Town. The best thing we had was the cucumber, which says a lot. I couldn't recommend it to anyone

Great tasting food with wonderful and helpful staff.

Spice Temple is normally one of our favourite restaurants unfortunately this time it wasn't great. Service was poor, food wasn't up to normal standard, table of 4 men that were within elbow distance to us were loud swearing dominated the atmosphere. We were their to celebrate my partners birthday but Spice Temple failed on this occasion. Another thing that turned me off is that Spice Temple automatically put a CC fee on your bill they did this last time even though we pay with cash.

In general every food preparation was way too salty, prep needs to be revisited to make it palatable. Great service, good atmosphere.
