Jpb - Sydney

Good place and friendly staff. we ordered the pigs share plate and in all honesty, I did not feel that it was cooked slowly (as described in the menu). it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great for the price.

The jpb is a modern, fine restaurant in swissotel sydney. it has beautiful ambiente and friendly service. we enjoyed the food we ordered.

One of the biggest served of cream brûlée that I’ve try. Serve in the shallow big bowl, garnished with the biggest and thickest short bread, strawberry and blue berries combo and some micro herbs. See picture below, and tell me if my opinion is wrong

I went to JPB restaurant after seeing a deal on Dimmi for 50% off food. My friend and I chose the Scotch fillet steak as mains with Hiramasa kingfish and Pork belly as the entrees. The scotch fillet with pepper berry beef jus was pretty nice and juicy, well seasoned and both entrees were surprisingly good. The waitress we had was very attentive. Would recommend!

For many years, the Swissotel has been celebrating Vitality week. The JPB Restaurant is located within the 5 star Swissotel and the guests can also enjoy their vitality special menu which is a on-going fixture on the menu at JPB Restaurant.
