Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered my food through the drive-thru and requested a dish with half chow mein and half roasted rice. The lady informed me that there would be a five-minute wait for the rice, which I didn't mind. However, when my food was ready, it turned out to be all chow mein and no roasted rice. I drove back and spoke with the staff, who confirmed that the rice would indeed take an additional five minutes. Despite the mix-up, I found the staff to be excellent, and all my previous visits had been fantastic.
The restaurant is open for dining and drive-thru service is also available. Face masks are not required, although some employees wear them for personal reasons. The food is consistently served hot and tastes great. The staff always treats us well. The dining area is clean with plenty of available space, and the beverage station is also tidy. The restrooms are well maintained. However, I found the health score from April to be a bit disappointing, which is a downside.
This is the second consecutive time I've received undercooked chicken at Panda E. I can understand why they have a score of 81 on their health inspection, which they seem to be trying to hide at their drive-thru window. Additionally, it's worth noting that when they received the 81, they had previously been penalized for displaying a more recent inspection score of 72. Instead, they chose to post an older score of 84. It seems there’s always some drama surrounding this place.
So I ordered to clean my phone. The pick-up time was 12:45. I look up at 12:50, I move to the drive-thru, I give my name for my order and the employee tells me that my order has already been picked up!? I explained to her that I had just placed my order over my phone and then I went to the place to pick it up, but she insisted that someone else had already picked up my order. I told her if they gave me something to eat, they gave it to the wrong person, but the employee insisted that I check with other family members about picking up my order. I tried to explain again that no one else was involved, and no one else should pick up my order, but she tried to force me to admit that I could pick up someone else's order. I was almost irony at this point, so I asked a manager, but how convenient the manager was gone today! I understand that some people are simply not trustworthy and that someone else could go and have taken my order, but I was upset how the employee simply wouldn't accept that someone could have taken my order, but instead she wanted to insist that I scamming for free food! This part is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I usually order from this location using the Panda Express app, and my order is always accurate each time, plus the food is great and the portions are generous. The employees are very friendly and cordial too, so I would highly recommend PANDA EXPRESS at 3276 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. Suwanee, Georgia.
