True Grain Bread - Summerland

We decided to check out this bakery based on our host's recommendation of their German-style pretzels, which were just like the ones in Germany. What really stood out to me was the friendly bakers (possibly owners) who took the time to answer our questions about the different types of wheat used. It's a shame we didn't have more time to spend at this place, as I would have loved to try out the various types of flour they offer.

Real Grain Bakery is my weakness. They have delicious broth, rolls, and cookies, but my favorite are the cheddar twists! Oh my god, they are amazing. Real grains with local organic grains and mill the grains before baking incredible broth, rolls and other aromas and sweetness. they also make pastas and have pancake mixtures, granola and other clinging. clean, friendly and healthy always make a smile.

Her brot is very healthy, it is a real tasty bite after eating most other “made” brote. the baked sweet tasty are also that, treats. always a pleasure to sit at breakfast table and enjoy natural baked goods.
