Jade Bistro - Suffern

To spread the word of mouth, you NEED to visit JADE BISTRO. This cozy and intimate restaurant is a must-visit. The aroma alone is enough to captivate you and make you hesitate to leave. While the cashier could use some improvement, the rest of the staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly. For a fantastic dining experience, JADE BISTRO is the place to go.

The service was excellent! Our group of 4 was the only customers in the restaurant at 5:30, but it took 20 minutes to be served. Other customers came and sat down, but became frustrated waiting for service. The restaurant seemed to prioritize their takeout business over in-house dining, as they neglected the needs of the approximately 15 other customers. To top it off, when we decided to order ice cream at the end of our meal, it took 25 minutes to receive our order. That's the extent of our experience.

First order from this restaurant. The order arrived very quickly; the sushi and the cashew chicken were fresh, but the salmon teriyaki was unusable, the fish was not fresh, had a fishy smell and tasty stables.

Please don't waste your time. The delivery was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. The Sushi Sashimi was of poor quality. I would have been better off going to a supermarket! The other Chinese dishes we ordered were cold and bland. I'm not sure if there was a change in ownership, but the experience was absolutely awful.

You can?t beat the pricing for a quick takeout snack. Chicken tempera sushi and dumpling. I forgot to get the Taro bubble tea. Next time.
