Contribuiți la feedbackIn their vegan version in restaurants they rarely find local (German, especially schabische) dishes. the restaurant khler, which lies with the hotel khler, offers some of it. ksesptzle (swaben mac n käse), meatball with potato salad and carving can be found on their vegan menu section. the couple that runs the business is very friendly, welcoming and the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable, a mix between traditional rustic and modern. They also have two super dogs that are cooled in the restaurant. good vegan ksesptzle can be difficult (consistency and taste direction, mostly because they are made in its original with really strong cheese), but they were delicious. the meatballs more like kidney bean patents (and not as dense as meatballs), but seasoned well ordered and the potato salad as well as very tasty! as dessert we enjoyed pancake crpes (not on the menu, cook daniela made them for us. I also noticed that the vegan dishes are cheaper then those with meat! that I appreciate! beautiful experience! safe ideal to come with omnivorous friends and family! updated by the previous review on 2020-02-27
I wanted to give 5 stars, but this is obviously not possible for non-vegan restaurants. I had the best Swabian food here: the carving and the beetle. they also have different vegan desserts, just ask them. the owner is very nice and they also have non-vegans eating, so it is a good place to visit with their non-vegan friends. just go!
