Springbrook Diner - Stirling

We had breakfast for the first time at the Springbrook Diner. We had fast and friendly service from our server Sara, and the food was delicious and affordable. Thanks Wayne and Dorothy for the great cooking, and for opening the diner!!

Great food excellent service will be going back. In the future.

Visited for lunch Thursday to celebrate a family birthday. The special was a Tail Gator choice of sausage on a ciabatta roll, topped with grilled peppers and onions, with choice of side. The sausage choices were Muskoka (an Octoberfest type), Chipotle and Feta, and Honey Garlic, and we discovered that ALL sausage served at the Springbrook Diner is home made on the premises!! Both men in our party chose the Chipotle and Feta, served with coleslaw and fries with gravy, and both pronounced it excellent! The birthday girl had pulled pork on a bun, with fries and I had a club sandwich with garden salad, and we were both very satisfied with these choices, as well. Only very small criticism might be the strength of the coffee, but I prefer a strong, dark roast coffee which admittedly is not everyone's choice . All in all a great lunch at a reasonable price and the plus of home made sausage with no fillers was a lovely surprise!

My parents and I are regulars at Springbrook Diner.The food is always great and the staff are awesome. I love the different dinner specials that they have and their breakfast specials, especially the Eggs Benny. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get.

This is a great place to dine. Breakfast and dinner menus are both great. Plenty of food and the service is great as well.
