Pasta Express - Springfield

I had the most horrible experience at the Battlefield and Jefferson location. I waited in the drive thru window for at least 20 minutes. I was unable to get anyone's attention due to the white screen they have over the drive thru window. I honked my horn a couple of times and still no one ever came back. I've eaten at Pasta Express many times now and I really like their Baked Mostaccioli and the Cappellini Garlic on their secret menu. I also enjoy their toasted ravioli but I'd be shocked if they aren't using Louisa brand frozen toasted ravioli. They look the same and the taste is spot-on between the two.

Consistently high quality pasta, I always get the chicken parmesan, even their to go bowls are higher quality plastic containers that keep the food hot. Never been disappointed with any of the locations I've visited in Springfield.

The flavors are amazing.. no boring Alfredo here... The cream sauce was well balanced and made me wanting more

Ordered tortellini with side salad (Italian). Salad was ok, not much in it other than various lettuce. Tortellini was lukewarm/looked like heated in microwave. Had to be because some parts hot/some parts cold. Nice staff, but not worth the price. First time at one of these in the chain. Just meh. Pass.
