Kokee Kitchen - Springfield

Food was cold and the chicken was mushy. I had high expectations and was disappointed by the food quality.

I ordered a milk tea and it was disgusting. The employee was extremely rude to me.I don’t know her name but she had curly hair and was a bit overweight and was slacking off and not doing her job and kept giggling and kept whispering about me and my frineds. Her smile faded when she saw me which was extremely rude. I think she should be fired.

Corn dog was not fully cooked. When I asked to cook more, the cashier denied. Thus, I just threw away my food.

Mochi donuts were good but the kimchi fried rice was bland and lacked any real flavor. I asked for salt or soy salt or anything. They said they have no salt? And said I could pay extra for their siracha Mayo or other premium sauce.

Food was good and had nice flavor. service was quick and staff were nice. prices seemed a bit high for the amount of food you get, for fried cheese and a drink $11 is a bit much. plenty of seating as long as the malls not super busy. place seemed like they keep it clean. overall a good first experience, I'd recommend this location.
