The corn appeared and tasted like it was from last week, and the coleslaw was only filled halfway.

The chicken was stale, overly greasy, and lacked originality. They served chicken that was heavily battered and oily. I had to remove a lot of the overcooked, greasy coating. Since you asked about my experience, I’ll be honest: it used to be an excellent chicken spot, but now it's not only overpriced but also unappetizing.

I ordered the 3-piece big box with 2 breasts and 1 wing, but I received a breast, a leg, and a thigh instead. The mashed potatoes also had very little gravy on them. For the 5-piece tender big box, I didn’t receive any of the ranch dipping sauces I requested. Additionally, there was no honey or butter for the biscuits. On the positive side, the food was fresh and served hot.

The chicken was cold and not crispy at all, like it had been sitting for a while. sides were hot.

We ordered the spicy chicken wrap and enjoyed it. It was perfectly balanced!
