Carl's Jr. - Spring Valley

I really enjoy the burgers here. Carl, bless him, always manages to impress. This is definitely one of the better fast food burger chains. I love you, Carl's Jr., and kudos to Carl Senior for teaching you how to make a great burger!

My husband and I visited last night, and the shift leader, Evan I believe, was incredibly friendly and cheerful. He took our order and served us with a smile. Despite the restaurant being busy and him being the only staff member visible at the front, he managed everything efficiently and remained very polite. Our food was served quickly, despite the rush. It's clear that he knows what he's doing; we could hear him directing the chefs on our orders, including one of our burgers that had special requests. We've been coming here for a year, and I've noticed significant improvements, especially over the past week. Promoting Evan to shift leader was a fantastic choice—he truly deserves it!

Quick service, piping hot food, and friendly staff. The food is better than Burger King and McDonald's, although not quite as good as Burger Lounge. The staff is consistently friendly, and they stay open late.
