Pho Be - Spring

I loved the ambience and the surroundings. The spring rolls and pot stickers were fine, but I would probably not order them again. But the Pho width was the hands down, which I had in the Woodlands area. The parts were fine, but I felt cheated on the Pho.

We usually get out of here. One thing you should know is that they do not honor their specified closing time. Several times we would pull up to find the door locked 15 minutes before its specified closing time. They're in, you see, and they're ignoring you. Seriously? We like their feathers that are good. First of all, we recently received an order that was bad. The rice paper was dry, stiff, as if it looked for hours. All other times the spring rollers were excellent. There was a little inconsistency in our last order, see picture. Otherwise, the ingredients in the roll are very fresh. We will continue to take, but seriously, remain open as long as you say or set a closing time you will honor.

In the past, I had some negative experiences with trying Asian foods, especially soups. I decided to give Pho Be Asian Kitchen an attempt as I walk past my comma every day. It was not very crowded, and the staff was very friendly and to the point. I ordered a shrimp and noodle soup, not really know what to expect, but with the belief that a delicious Asian soup is waiting there to discover it. And I was right! The shrimp soup was exquisite! Everything was in perfect balance. The broth itself was absolutely tasty-good enough to literally drink with a straw. And it was also very affordable! I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Travel a lot and little picky while eating. The Vermicelli is very good. The meatball soup is great. One of the fast service I've ever visited. The ambience is excellent. But the music ruins the atmosphere. The recruitment of the staff must be improved. The guy got my order acting like I wasn't affordable for a meal here.

My husband and I order pho and other dishes here regularly. I love their chicken pho and also their General Tso’s chicken. The staff is friendly and attentive for dining in, and the food is promptly prepared for take out as well. Whether ordering takeout or dining in, the portion sizes are generous and filling.
