Panda Express - Sparks

Shown as he went out. Sign said they opened at 10:30? Door said 10:30. The doors were closed and the staff was inside. Sat outside and it started raining. Decided to go 10:35 and go somewhere else.

The food was good and honestly better than other Pand Express's in the area. The woman who worked the register was not super nice or helpful. Others were in the line and altho she looked at me (I waited near the register on the side, I had an online order) she continued to help anyone else than me. I had to pay her attention to stop what she does so I could get my order. If I hadn't ordered a drink, I would have packed my stuff and hunted out, but I had no choice but to wait. She shot me a dirty look and seemed upset with me. It's okay to go back sick, but next time not with a drink when I order online. The building itself is beautiful and cozy and very clean. Overall a great experience minus this miserable worker

Thank you for making us put on a mask to order, but not to eat in the business. Then I find someone's hair in my food. But at lest I had on my mask.

Fantastic staff. The store was clean and the food was fresh. The staff welcomed us when we came in and was very helpful in ordering with 3 small children who spoke to each other, with what they wanted and did not want. An employee went to the restroom at the same time, my six years old, and he let him go first. A few times, an employee who played a boo with my 1 year old and giggling him. So friendly, I'm coming to this Panda Express over the others in the area.

Never been at this point and they definitely need to work on guest service. The first girl we talked to was very nice. The cashier never said a word to us. Just told us the price. Didn't ask if we want a drink. Ignored us when we asked for extra sauce and seemed like we didn't worry about it when we wanted to add another article. I only give 3 stars because the food was good. Also, you should not wash energy the floors near the kitchen when you are open. There are probably only 2 stars.
